RSS feed is now available and other changes

I did make a bunch of changes to my static site generator “ssgen” and now it supports generating RSS feeds. You can subscribe to it from here: https://badai.xyz/rss.xml

I also have removed Katex from this site to make it more usable. Math equations are now generated on the server-side with MathJax. The last piece of Javascript on this site is used to manage the current theme. I have not decided yet do I want to remove that last piece of Javascript and make this site completely Javascript-free. It’s kind of nice to be able to override system default, and as far as I know, there is no non-javascript way to do this.
